In this class we go over everything in our buttercream and fondant basics classes but in a two tier format! Starting with trimming, filling, crumb coat, second coat, final coat, fondant rolling and smoothing, laying fondant, using bamboo or plastic dowels, stacking and finishing.

 

This class includes a 6" and 8" round, 80 oz of buttercream, and light refreshments.
